Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

If you bought the full game with a card (through Stripe, on the web or in the US iOS app) and you change your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason.

Email support@versevsverse.app from the email address on your receipt (or tell us that address), and say you’d like a refund.
We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, usually within a few days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Once it’s refunded, the full game is removed from your account, and the free version’s limits and ads come back.

After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law says otherwise (for example, if the game doesn’t work as described). If something is wrong, email us anyway; we’ll do what we can.

Bought through the App Store?

Purchases made with your Apple ID are refunded by Apple, not by us, under Apple’s rules. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds it, the full game is removed from your account.

Promotion codes

If you unlocked the full game with a code that made it free, there’s nothing to refund.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund is quicker for everyone. A charge that’s disputed and reversed removes the full game from the account.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law where you live, and doesn’t limit them. If you’re in the EU or the UK, the 14 days above covers your right to withdraw from the purchase.
